A 4-hour intimate retreat for small groups (max of 6) offers time to slow down, breathe and nurture your mind, body and soul. This intimate retreat is a perfect way to enrich your weekend with friends or solo.

Ece is a gifted instructor. Set in the most beautiful forest, the space is welcoming and offers an opportunity to feel as if you’re in the trees. Ece creates an atmosphere of calm, and safety as she guides you through an intentional yoga practice. I always feel refreshed and reflective as I leave, eager to return for another class that depends my practice and calms my nervous system. Saturdays vinyasa class is my favourite, with Tuesday’s yoga Pilates a welcomed challenge. Any opportunity for breath work or yoga nidra with Ece is a treat. Highly recommend!

Meet your Instructor

Ece Savas is a yoga teacher, retreat guide and somatic healing practitioner devoted to helping people slow down, reconnect and come home to themselves. Rooted in mindfulness, compassion and nervous system healing, her approach gently weaves together yoga, breathwork, meditation and somatic practices to support deeper wellbeing and inner resilience.

Ece holds over 500+ hrs. of yoga teacher certification, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Life Coaching and brings over a decade of teaching experience. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and 3rd Degree Black Belt in GoJu Ryu Karate.

As founder of Whispering Forest Retreat, Ece creates intimate and nourishing experiences where people can rest, heal and reconnect—with themselves, nature and one another.

Healing is not just a personal act, nor a solo triumph; but a communal one. For healing to take place we need to be seen, cared for and loved. When one soul heals, many heals around them.

I am eternally grateful for all the souls, teachers and great healers who held me close to their hearts while I was in the dark and guided me towards the light.
