This is a small, carefully held retreat for those who need a break from coping, pushing, expanding and holding it all together.
Over three slow days and two peaceful nights, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, nature‑held space designed for deep rest, honest reflection, and nervous‑system repair. With a maximum of four participants, this retreat is intentionally intimate — so you can feel safe, seen, and supported.
There is no expectation to arrive a certain way. You don’t need to be fixed, productive, or positive. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Daily yoga practice rooted in safety, choice, and embodied awareness
Two private 1:1 coaching sessions to gently explore what feels stuck, tender, or ready to change
A guided forest walk to support grounding, perspective, and connection with the land
A relaxation massage with Reiki to encourage deep physical and emotional settling
Nourishing plant-based meals, snacks, and welcome mocktails, prepared garden to table with love and care
An evening fire ceremony and structured conversation, held with clear boundaries, consent, and respect
Unstructured free time for rest, reflection, naps, journaling, or simply being
